Honestly, I think they've removed some skins from League that shouldn't have been removed or should just be brought back for a limited time. Truth be told, I think there are some people out there who -- like me -- sometimes buys Champs just for one of their skins. For example, I bought Jarvan IV just to get his Darkforge skin so I could look like Kain from Final Fantasy IV. Stupid reason? Yes. More money for Riot? Uh, YEAH!
Here's a few skins I think should be brought back....
Dr. Mundo - Toxic Mundo
Why? Uhh, he looks like the Incredible Hulk! I'd totally get Mundo if they re-released this skin!
Fiddlesticks - Pumpkinhead Fiddle
This skin was actually the only reason I wanted Fiddlesticks. It's scary and awesome! When I bought Fiddle and realized the skin was gone, I was uber pissed. It should definitely be brought back.
Evelyn - Masquerade Evelyn
I was getting to the point that Eve was the only assassin I used, and dag-nabbit I was pretty good with her! I decided I used her so much that I wanted a skin and decided on the Masquerade skin. Guess what! It was gone....
Alistar - Black Alistar
I really do like the classic look for Alistar, I do. But I can't stand the color scheme. Even the gold/blue looks tacky to me. But the black/red, oh yeah, it's epic and give Alistar that "IMMA KEEL YOU" look.
Kayle - Judgment Kayle
Ok, I understand it was awarded to players who did a certain task in Season 1, but this skin is too cool to pass up. Kayle is actually a very strong Champ and this skin makes her look amazing. It should be re-released.
Mordekaiser - Dragon Knight Morde
This skin is awesome! I love his Infernal skin as well but this skin makes him look beastly! And besides, who doesn't like dragon knights?!
Ryze - Zombie Ryze
This skin was really cool, and honestly everyone likes Zombies. It'd be even cooler to make it a Legendary skin to make him sound, move around, and act like a zombie!
Shen - Yellow Jacket Shen
Scorpion from Mortal Kombat... must more be said? *GET OVER HERE!*
Vladimir - Nosferatu Vlad
THis skin looks the most vampiric out of all of them. I bought his Count Vlad skin because of how much darker it looked, so why not make him look like a ghoul dressed in black?!
These are just my opinions, so I'd like to hear yours! And yeah, I know about how skins are judged by the popularity and sales of the Champions, but I think some fans are overlooked JUST because of the fact they like less popular Champs. And does it even cost money to repost skins for sale?!

Nosferatu Vlad is just ****ing terrible in-game. Not worth it's price AT ALL, sadly. Count Vlad stays the best of Vladimir's skin.
I just like how vampire-like that skin looks, but I do agree, Count Vladimir is the coolest, even over Blood Lord Vlad ^^
