ACTA, or something like that, is still out there.
I've heard it's worse too.

Yeah, that ****'s probably about to come to Europe.
Also, I heard the same guy who wrote SOPA has written another bill that essentially allows the American government to search your entire internet history at will if they suspect you're a paedophile. Which sounds okay, but apparantly it has terrible, broad wording.

actually what it does is make your isp keep record of up to 1 year of everything you do on the internet, including payment of anything.
and then put it together in a large database thats totally going to be unhackable.

I've heard of that one, and I hope it gets banned from earth like the other 2 (SOPA and PIPA)
Is that true? Should I stop searching for lolicon doujinshis?

Summoners,
We have some momentous news to share with you!
You probably saw our message last week, taking a stand against SOPA and urging the League of Legends community to speak out. Well, Congress heard your message loud and clear. Today, it appears both SOPA and PIPA have lost virtually all support in the House and Senate, and the chief sponsors of the bills have admitted defeat. You’ve helped score an incredible victory for freedom of expression on the Internet.
Preserving the openness of the Internet – and the innovation it fosters –should be seen as a huge victory for online gaming, and online communities everywhere.
We're again impressed with the community and how much this mattered to you. If similar legislation comes along, we'll again ask for your support.
Just saw this in LoL site
