I don't see how this build works at all. I tried it, and failed miserably, and let me add that I've played Eve in ranked and carried with her. This build only provides MS and your AS goes over the limit, which is a waste. Pointless IMO.

I did note in the intro that she was not a bad champion, she just is not quite as good as others. She can still be used extremely effectively.
I also play her on summoners rift, but I find she is just not AS viable as others.
