Regi did Warmogs+WotA on Cass in Kiev. It looks like the Sustained DPS champs don't need as much AP because they can deal damage per second so to exploit that you give them abnormally large HP pools...Or I could be way off?

Rainman already "invented" FM Teemo. Similar to Wmogs just gives a slow and some damage. Still Warmogs isn't a bad option...I mean having 100 damage but 3k HP at level 13-15? Yeah you're gonna have time to DPS. Factor in life steal/spellvamp etc. It's not a bad idea, even on an AP champ.
