Is it just me, or when I play Kennen, does using Slicing Maelstrom slow him down? It doesn't mention anything in the tooltip, and it's a real pain to be honest.

check his move speed in his stat box. If it goes down when you hit R then their's your answer. Of course if nothing happens and you feel he is still moving slower than he should, maybe it's a bug and you should email Riot.

When I use his ultimate, the movement speed number doesn't drop at all. However, kennen does become significantly slower. I'll be emailing Riot about this glitch soon.

You might also want to make a thread about this in their bug report forum. Who knows maybe it's already been reported and they are working on it.

I've been playing Kennen a lot lately, and I haven't seen a drop in movement speed when I pop my ulti. However, I do kind of feel like I am a bit slower. (Ghost + Lightning Rush ftw?)

HOWEVER, I think it's just all of us foaming at the mouth, trying to move fast enough to shove everyone on the enemy team into our circle of lightning.

Tested.

Movement speed does not change. The reason could be the particle effects that apear when you ulti that slows your framerate (FPS).

The FPS is normal, the walking animation seems slower than the normal Kennen
