Reason why the guide isn't updated is because I don't have any time for it right now due to all the work I have, and collage with it also. One day, I might even update it, but imho that is no reason to downvote a guide.

Items don't make sense? They are explained pretty well if you ask me, and there is everything you need, situational, core, and others that might come in handy.

Thanks for your insight in guide. If you take a look at the builds I've made beneath, Damage Trundle, Tank Trundle and Jungle Trundle, you will see that Spirit Visage is just a mere handy item(except in tank build, where it comes even more effective). I've added it as "core" item because of it's low cost, and the fact that it gives your survivability, which the "core" item build missed (even with Frozen Malet, since Spirit Visage gives you MR) Also it really improves your passive, giving you a good sustain for a real low price.

Black Clever is only 400 gold more then Last Wisper, I agree, but let's face it, you are not carry. Your main purpose will be to give the initial blow with your Rabid Bite and to spam it. While you are doing that, Last Wisper does more then a good job.

I played around with the build and think you should replace Visage with a Guardian angel and the Last whisper with the Black cleaver those two serve much more of a purpose plus The Black Cleavers 45 Armor reduction is all you need with the common champ tends to have lower then 112 armor which the black cleaver will do more dam then what you having a last whisper will plus the passive on the cleaver will reduce more armor as well with guardian angel serves more of a purpose rather then the passive heal bonus of the visage added to your passive but i think its a overall good guide

Just a minor note, because I gotta nitpick, MR has nothing to do with ignite. You mentioned Agony reduces MR to keep it effective, but ignite is true damage and is only mitigated by shields and raw health (if you consider that mitigation). All in all, well written
