I don't like to follow blacklisted because:
1. The player blacklisted can't defend himself or explain himself.
2. The players that blacklisted him on their own perspective which sometimes may go wrong.
3. Whoever can remember all those names in the list? Its just highly unfunctional.
4. Now imagine IF your list is a succes and most people use it succesfull (not going to happen atm) what about those players? They can't play any game at all because players follow that blacklist, this is worser then a ban as a ban will be over, but a guy on the blacklist won't. I believe in second chances, even a thirth.
Its not our business to unable players to play, it is annoying but we can't help it. Don't take the law in your own hands. Riot does that and we most respect that.

Did it appear to you that your blog is just a QQ spot? Nothing on that list affects the game in any way. Yeah you put there names on a piece of paper, and they are STILL going to be put into games with other people.

I mean....The thought is good I suppose....But taking the time to write a list down of everyone YOU feel is somehow breaking the rules? How's that any different than not letting someone in your club house because they're a girl? Or you don't like them? Or any number of possibly BIAS reasons that you pass of (to yourself) as legitimate.
1. Everyone trolls at some point.
2. Riot has a system in place that puts it to the vote of MULTIPLE people. Not 1 person calling themself judge/jury/executioner.
3. Tribunal isn't perfect, but it's attempting to be fair.
I can respect the effort, but you're wasting time that can be better spent. You might not think it's a waste, but compiling a list of people from a player base of over ~10 million people? Yeah, you could probably find a cure for cancer in the time it would take to play the games/rate the players/write their names on your "blacklist" and that's assuming you start now and NO new players join the game.

...The waste of time was never on my end. You seem to fail at realizing what I'm telling you.
I'm explaining that THIS endevour YOU wish to undertake IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME. My time has nothing to do with it, you're putting in effort that results in 0 actual usefulness.
I mean if you believe it's worth the effort then keep going. But the amount of actual time your'e putting in. Here let me help you
Small sample:
1,000,000 players all get black listed BY YOU.
Assuming you averaged ~35 minutes a game and get 1 black list per game.
That's 35,000,000 minutes which translates into
583,333.33 hours which is
24305.55 days which is
~66 years.....
You're gonna be compiling 1/10 of your black list for 66 years? Assuming that 10% of the LoL player base are trolls. But the number of people who play LoL grows daily.
Yeah good luck with that.

It takes me about 45 seconds to one and a half minutes (usually while waiting on another queue to pop) for me to enter the player's name and information.
Also what you're failing to note is that not everyone is going to be blacklisted. Surely I won't run into everyone, but it is very plausible that over the next 3-4 months I'll play 300 or more games. That's 1500-2700 players to encounter. Sure it's just a drop in the bucket, but it's better than nothing.
But please, by all means, tell me what I should do with my spare two minutes in between games.
