Eh it's a okay build, WW relies on stacking on hit items like Wits and Ionic so those 2 are a must. And Ionic gives a nice HP boost so that's excellent. And What's the point of having tons of ad if you are stuck on cooldown? I recommend a spirit's visage.

i always start whit Boots of speed and pickaxe. Becuas of making Kitae's Bloodrazor cheaper when i need it.

Beside i think its better if you pick up phantom dancer and Kitae's Bloodrazos before you go for sangune blade thanks to the attack speed they give. Attack speed + ww passive give a really nice life steal.
