I like to have Surge as one of my summoner spells. Depending on your champion level it will give you an extra 10-78 AP. I cast Surge and it's like adding a needlessly large rod and then use Requiem :) Just my opinion though

But I must partly agree with my forposter: The guide should really be longer..
About the summoner spell someone might agree or disagree, but maybe you want to make the guide a bit more "guide-like" by providing more information for all circumstances.
Anways it looks ok so far.

heal on karthus? ap quints are also bad due to the bad ap ratio. and your items in general look strange. dont like it at all sry. you also did not show effort at all to give good guidelines, in deapth strategy or somethinglike this. super short, super strange....not really good

i dont think putting in void staff in a core is good. it is just too situational. also yo are getting wota way too late. when u r using it for spell vamp, why getting it last? it is super cost efficient. ignite i also do not like that much. ghost or heal might be better, and you have requiem if someone is low enough. it also prives a smaller cd then ignite.
