Second problem, runes. I see you have all potentcy runes... Extremely horrible idea.
Here's an idea of what it should look like:
Marks - Offensive
Seals - Defenaive
Glyphs - Utility
Quintessences - Other
Third problem, masteries. Why would you ever go 20/0/10?
Go 21/0/9
Get rid of Alacrity, Demolitionist, and one point off of Mental Force. Put these points into the Increased Damage.
Get rid of one point in Swiftness and put it into Executioner in Offense.
Otherwise than this, its a good guide. You have a bunch of AP as well as armor, MRes, magic pen, and health.
