yeah which players are playing him at high elo??? cuz I've yet to see him on any streams.

If he Maxes Q and E, maybe taking a point in W for when he's ganked, from either side, he has an easier time escaping/getting a kill. He certainly has the sustain for top lane and his poke is simply ridiculous.
