Okay I am saving up to buy Lee Sin and I was wondering what the Ziggs nerfs were to see if I still wanted to buy him.

So can someone tell me what they all nerfed on Lee Sin, and if he is still playable.

The nerf was barely noticeable-

they reduced the as buff on his passive by 10% and reduced the % damage on his q by 2.

So would you be able to win if you really know how to play him if someone is playing an OP champ? If your both on the same level (Item, and Level wise)

Only OP champ is Maokai(IMO). Lee's still as strong as ever. If you're on the same level of items/levels, it all comes down to how well you play.
