I haven't tried the macro function yet, but MY GOD THIS KEYBOARD IS PERFECT.
Everything about it just oozes quality.
The keycaps are made in the highest quality method availible (info about that here). This method of making keycaps is rare even among gaming keyboards (cuz expensive, but lasts a bloody lifetime).
The board is GORGEOUS and the lighting works like a charm.
The coating feels awesome and it's no worries if you scratch it, cuz any marks I made when pulling the caps out were gone with a single wipe.
My only regret is not being able to try the MX-Cherry Browns.
But I did get to try the Blacks and I prefer the Red to them.

You got double shot keycaps? Oh my god those are friggin expensive.
Personally I've got an MX brown keyboard for the longest time. LOVELOVELOVE mechanical keyboards, they're fun ****. Other keyboards just don't feel as good as mechanical ones after you've used them.
