No, that comp is lacking bot lane presence.

Lol. If you're going for aggressive bot lane, support Soraka with Ezreal works too.

He works well with the mana and his Q kinda hurts early game.
If you're doing AP Soraka+Support Ashe, you don't have an escape for either champ if things go sour.

I actually forgot Soraka had a global ult :p

New team:
Jungle Shen
Top Gangplank
Mid Karthus
Bot Soraka Ezreal

I'm having Gangplank top over Shen because I think top needs to be more protected.

TP will be up about the same time that your ult is. That's level 1 too.
