1) Why max Burst of Speed first? You give no ability sequence reasoning in your guide.
2) Is that much lifesteal necessary early game?
3) Madred's is a very expensive item. I'd rather an early Wit's End.
4) I'm female.
5) You've got some broken code: "straight away use it for chasing and escaping ONLY.(/indent)"
6) Pros/Cons should be before Skill Sequence
7) Your guide is terribly short and doesn't give the reader any reason to trust you at all. For all we know, you've never even played Fiora - you don't describe anything, you don't list any gameplay ideas, no tips and tricks. Summoner spells aren't discussed, neither are masteries. All in all, it's a really short and uninformative guide :/
Nice effort though, try and make the guide a little more explanatory.
EDIT: Try not to publish unfinished guides.
