I have some concerns about your build order. I'm a bit wary of rushing giant's belt before you even have boots. I'd consider getting boots and then you can try getting a giants belt afterwards. However, rylai's crystal sceptre SHOULD NOT be a core item on nautilus. The slow is insignificant for his long cooldowns and if you're building tank the ap is wasted. The health good, but warmogs/frozen mallet are much better on him. You could even get a sunfire cape early instead of rylais, then get your frozen heart/abyssal. That would be a much better build path.


Oh, and I'd always recommend having flash, your anchor is not the best escape mechanism. Being a tank, nautilus should either use flash to initiate a team fight or to save a teammate. He doesn't need ignite as he shouldn't be the one getting kills.
