Boots of Travel were amazing! Then again we have recall in this game so it would be kind of imba even with the 1 minute cooldown.

Lol. IMO, CDR is just a "meh" boot. Merc treads are better, boots of swiftness are better [on carries], CDR boots fit in with ninja tabi [excluding jax] and boots of mobility.
