I have some questions.
Should all mid champs go hp/level? I normally use armor for mid but I see why hp/level is better. And should I replace my AP/level glyphs for MR/level for mid? Should I replace my flat AP quints for spell vamps instead?
I wanna play a better Kennen and I need to know :O

It really depends on your tactics. Are you playing aggressively or defensive?

FLAT MR for mid.

On most of my Aps I like mp5 seals... I find its enough to spam a decent amount before your blue buff. But yea flat MR is fine too
I'd love to try energy/5/lvl but I don't have the IP for them :(
Id be willing to bet that 90% of those who have been saying armor or health/lvl seals dont even own energy seals.

I have to concur that ap/lvl runes are wasted on Kennen because of his garbage ap ratios. I would like spellvamp quints but cant afford them (especially since hextech revolver nerf). I run movement speed quints and flat ap quints on him, mag pen marks and hp/lvl yellows. Once again, I would think energy seals would be great but I'm not getting a full set just for kennen.
Blues can really be w.e your preference is, I don't think there are any blues out there that are "best" for him.
Flat ap quints are good because his early game harass is great and you're gonna get more from your hextech with it.
Also, I run hp/lvl even on top and just buy a doran's shield. I don't get it mid since you'll usually be up against ap and will want hextech asap.
I really want mag pen quints to try on him for my full mag pen kennen build I use sometimes...
