this guide could really use some improvement though:
- explanations on masteries and runes
- explanations on item build
- better coding
- more colors

Mejai is not reliable, but if I get my usual start (atleast 5-7/max2) I get it, since it gives a lot of power. But in games that ain't as good, I aim for goals like Void staff, or rush rylai etc.
Why is there a jungle build rather than an akali build?
