I know this guide has expired, but it is still the best out there at the moment for jungle fiddles.

Works well, but Id rather build a Haunting Guise from the tome instead of Hextech. 20 MPen + passive + ur boots 20 MPen + MPen marks make ur spells doing more than true damage. Its quite cheap, gives a lil' bit hp and very very very useful in early and mid game. Later just sell it and put another item there. I also prefer Abyssal Scepter instead of Void staff, coz then on the late I'd have 69 MPen, its insane. Tried it many times and it works pretty well, the ulti does tons of damage!

Nice little guide, simple and too the point. Glad to see a guide that doesn't consist of too much info, too many if's and maybe's.

I take a build which is viable for laning and jungling:
18 0 12 (Summoners Wrath not Insight)
Ignite + Exhaust: It's a pretty secure firsblood on any lane in non ranked on level 3 (if you poke hard enough even earlier). Jungling starts of with Ignite on Bluebuff to do dmg and get +5AP it takes slighty longer ( 1 more drain) but i like having 2 usable skills against champs.
Amp-Tome+potion -> Revolver -> CDR-boots -> WotA -> Abyssal -> Rabadon -> Zhonyas -> game depenadant most times Banshee.

I used this and ended up going very negative all three times. there's just not enough early sustain when ganking. And I'm not a first time jungler, I do it all the time very effectivly.

Hextech Revolver makes up for it, imo.

works really well, and all the items are amazing for fiddle.
just a tip, take summoner's insight instead of good hands in the utility tree for the decreased cd on flash
