Never played him myself, but have laned against/with/seen him solo lane/played against/played with multiple times. His passive grants him some sustain from playing aggressive. His Q has nice damage, 285 +90% AP (correct me if I'm wrong). His W restores mana, 90 at max. It also raises his AD and reduces damage by a %. His E is used for maneuverability. His ult is like 450 +100% AP and pushes enemies depending on where he throws his ult.
Overall he has a great burst. Viable, yes. UP, no. His harass is good; not amazing, not alright, good.

Gragas, like most champs in the game, is either great or terrible, depending on who is behind the wheel. Ive seen Gragas' that can't stop dying, and ive seen Gragas' that go 12-1 in a game. Phreak has a video out of him getting a Penta with Gragas. His ult has the biggest push in the game and does MASSIVE damage, and with enough AP and magic pen runes, his q has GREAT harass early game, especially if you are decent at skillshots. His farm is pretty damn good from the getgo (clear caster minions in one shot lvl 3). No CC except for his ult, but good zoning potential. Not overly squishy, good sustain with passive. All in all definitely a champ worth looking into.

Keep in mind that :
-he is a melee last hitter
-he has little manapool/relative high manacost spells
-his W doesnt give that much back (cosidering that CD)
-weird mix of long range spell (Q and ult) and gap closer (E)
But he has lot of good points, try him, he mays fit your playstyle

Just curious about your thoughts about Gragas. Mostly, I just like his look hah, and think I may just have fun playing a big fat drunk. Viable? Strong? UP? Any info you have is great!
