Lol, just tried a build based off this in an ARAB game, went 19/7/23, and even went 1v4 coming out with a triple kill before I died. Lots of fun :D

have u used this build? i have played 5 game with this build i come out with 10 kills and like 3 deaths every game and i can still deal dmg to ppl except maybe the tanks in late game. Great guide man

You should be taking magic penetration marks, they really help early game ganks where people onlyl have 30ish magic resistance.

Also, you do not have any damage items, and no one will target you. Your usefullness ends after you ulti once, and then your useless. Put in some damage items, like rod of ages or something, that keep you tanky.

Guardians angel is quite useless, because no ones going to focus you anyways, and once you reborn you cant do anything.

for your item build, take out either merc treads or ninja tabi. keep the one you most often use and put the other one in a situational items section, speaking of which, you needed add a situational items section in your guide. get a better layout. for instructions, check out jhoijhoi's guide on making a guide. for your summoner spells section, i really think heal is quite viable now. consider putting that in. in your jungling section, talk about counterjungling. also talk about the different lane phases. overall this guide needs some extra depth. turn on require comment to vote.
