On-Topic: No, clarity is designed to be a crutch for players learning to conserve mana. Energy works because of the regen rate and cost of abilities. Energy based characters can be given stronger burst kits and stronger sustained kits than regular mages/ad's because they can't actually use all of their abilities as they come off of cooldown.[/quote]
