Does shyvanas second attack crit?
and if it doesn't crit, can it produce on hit?

The only way Yi's second strike would benefit from Sheen's proc would be if you timed it just right in between the two hits. They happen too fast for both attacks to gain the bonus damage since Sheen's proc has a bit of a cooldown.
And now that I've typed all this, I realize that you weren't necessarily wondering if both attacks could cause the Sheen proc but just rather if the latter attack could proc it assuming that you cast something in between the two attacks. I guess if you cast your E or R then yes it could? I agree, testing is required.

Fairly sure that if the first attack benefits from an on-hit, the second one will. So a phage, if it procs on the first hit, would also proc on the second. Apply this logic to sheen to see what happens... (y'know, if you're building a trinity force on Yi for some reason >_> ).
I don't know for sure, it was just something I heard somewhere sometime. Someone was extolling the virtues of the burst from Double Strike and Sheen buff.

Does this effect proc on-hit effects? Does this effect allow critical strikes?
