Should probably build
Thanks for the up-vote! And I forgot to put the point in Summoner's Wrath, as you can see in the mastery section it is explained and listed. Thanks for pointing that out though! Another thing is that I usually play Swain top so that's why I take armor yellows, I find the reduced AA damage and creep damage to be very beneficial when trading / harassing. Thanks again for the tips. Rep for you!

Thanks for the comment and up-vote. But I'm not quite sure what you mean..
1.) My "section sequence is fairly ******ed", that's probably the most asinine thing that you could've pointed out. There's a table of contents to get to whatever section you need to. But.. what would you suggest I do?
2.) I think an item buying sequence is pointless, in that all games are different and require different items. For example, if i'm vs. an AD in lane, i'm probably not going to get an abbysal scepter. Basically, I see it as all items are situational besides the core items.
3.) I didn't list any other rune choices because I didn't find any others as viable as what I have now, with the mana from the early RoA and possibly Frozen Heart, I find mana regen yellows pointless. And running anything other than mPen reds, scaling AP blues, and flat AP quints, you'd just be gypping yourself. So I'd like to not put the idea that they should run something different then the runes I have in a players head.
