So first off, I wouldn't advise you to buy runes yet.. You get the possibility to buy tier3 runes (best runes in the game) at lvl 20... So you won't be using the tier 1 and tier 2 runes ever again.. So in my eyes it's wasted IP... If you save it up until lvl 20-30 you'll have a complete runepage setup pretty fast. Which is nice ;) The tank build doesn't work for you, huh? What exactly do you miss? What's the reason you die or don't get kills or w/e.. Reflecting what you did good or bad after a game can be helpful for future games. Try to get to know garen a bit better, just by playing some games with him. And ofc, try all the free champs as well, if you feel like they are fun to play, keep playing them, maybe even buy them if you like them style, get to know them and start owning :D Well, I gave you a lot to read, if you got any other questions or something you could pm me or just reply in here...
