I'd like to see some counter build talk. In draft pick (normal or ranked), the most part of the time the player knows what he faces. In this case, blue and yellow runes should be both armor, or both MR, to make yorick really tanky since lvl 1. In some case, flat regen glyphs (+ masteries) helps to trade with some heavy harasser.
The same goes for the buid
Sometimes, starting with armor 5 pot helps a lot.
Glacial Shroud should be done way faster if Yorick faces a GP, Garen, Riven, etc etc. Never assume the build is a thing you never change.
You totally forgot talking about other items such as Chalice (really strong vs double AP comp and helps the top vs AP), Warmogg, FoN or Atma.
The Q is strong when yorick get ganked, with a ward you have time to run back while hitting a minion with the Q, running even faster. The MS it gives can negate some slow that could be applied on yorick.
Something could be written about W ghoul to scout brush/take trap, and how ghoul should not be used if the ennemy loves to hide in bush when they are cast (gouls dont follow in brush if there is not vision in it).
You didnt mention the TP summoner, wich is a great tool ...
In masteries, I personnaly love the one in offensive which deal x more dmg to minion, it helps a lot in the early farm.
