Rockets are good in lane; bad in jungle.
Turrets need to be maxed ASAP for the sexy splash. Stun is lovely if you can land it. Turrets are underwhelming.
Also, if you place a turret it will tank for you. Place it as soon as you get in front of where blue will be so that you can put to tank before it dies and in front of you and the buff with target it and not you. Which is why you can use boots and not armor.

But you only need a max of 3 levels in (Q) for the double turrets, but you need to max rockets first, to finish up opponents
