alot of people play fiddlesticks/malzahar vs mord and it works very well
ryze, anivia and brand work pretty well because they have great followupganks and have an easier time snowballing and teamfighting (best counter to mord is to gank him since hes superexposed 90% of the time^^)

Mordekaiser counters have never really been a secret... anyone with good sustained damage notably on the top of my head Cassiopeia and Ryze. Fiddlesticks a lot like Twitch in that he is amazing against naive players and **** against these knowledgeable of how he works.

indeed, morderkaiser just destroys little noobs. at higher lvl of gameplay, people can easily counter morde.
