Gofferdom: I state that in the intro that extensive playtesting hasn't been done because he has only been out for 3 days. Doesn't mean there isn't anything worth saying yet and people are free to take my advice or leave it.
Fenix: I gave substantial reasons why I think Ghost isn't a good choice compared to Flash and to be honest, I don't think is viable really at all. You're better off with the boost you get from Youmuu's Ghostblade (which gives a comparable boost to movement speed when activated) and taking a summoner spell that gives you something you wouldn't other have access to.
