of course they'll transfer over if you have them. however some will be unachievable once the beta ends.
sucks because i really wanted to get the betamax achievement, but i wont be able to because of work. if i didnt have to work i could most likely power through it.
edit: as for achievement rewards, besides achievement points for epeen, there is also a banner for your characters, which will be visible to other players. some achievements have rewards for new icons/shapes for your banners. for example, betamax (which is get all the achievements in beta) gives you diablo as a banner icon, along with a new banner shape and pattern.
