You need to read Jhoijhoi's guide to making a guide. BBcoding is necessary and your guide is very hard to read. also going 1/5/24 seems rather arbitary, as a singed player, I find it less useful than going with defensive or offensive masteries. You also have very basic information, any new singed player will instantly go somewhere else, so you should go into more detail. And the last thing on your build, a second rod of ages is much less effective as some of the other choices. It takes 10 minutes to be built and gives no amazing passive for late game. I suggest a rylais or zhonya's or abyssal scepter.

One last thing, you should probably make it so you need to comment to vote to keep the trolls from feeding.
