Like AoKazeRyu said fiora is not made for jungle but its not a big problem .
Her skills are more for focus 1 v 1 but good for jungle as well .
I mostly made fiora for Pure Dmg (Huge dmg but a bit lack of atack speed) or Devils speed (2.5 atack speed+nice dmg) .I always wanted to try fiora as jungle faster lvls = fasters ganks .
As fiora u won't have problems with jungle after 1st item on ur build (I don't mean the cloth armor or hp pontions ).
I did't vote coz its not fnished yet .And i don't get some items like :Frozen Mallet( nice boost of hp and a bit of ad nice passive but her Burst of Speed give her move speed per hit)

Sorry, but Fiora is supposed to be a huge ball of damage, to not emphasize on that and say you want to be tanky is to not use her for her intended purpose. there are many other people that are better at being tanky damage, but few are better at being pure AD.

Not only that, but Fiora as a jungler really isn't very good. she is extremely fragile compared to other junglers, and lacks in jungle speed due to the fact she is a 1 on 1 champ with no aoe abilities to clear even small camps quickly. Counter jungling fiora is way too easy because of this.

You definitely could do this, but i think it defeats the potential and purpose of fiora.
