Hi, just wanterd 2 know guys, do the champ/skin sales repeat from time 2 time? For example: X is on sale - will he be on sale again? And how much time (aprox.) does it take for a champ/skin to go back on sale?

They eventually will but there's no set pattern to it as far as I know. Could be waiting a long time.

There is no specific order. They just grab what hasn't for a while and create different deals each week. Just keep your eyes peeled and hope for the best!
