Yes..... They Make Shurikens This Small
Pretty good build but i hate per lvl stat runes, late game they just dont scale enough to be worth it. You get ap runes on a caster for early game pressence. And on kennen i would go greater seal of focus instead of seal of vitalit.
I just don't think the minimal Cooldown Reduction is worth sacrificing either increased HP or AP. Valid argument though.
