I have never tried a attack speed Lulu, but when i do happen to go hybrid lulu I build a lot of the same items. She is very viable with this. My only peeve with this is to add more attack damage, but it is all personal preference. I more of prefer a semi-auto com[pared to a machine gun, best analogy I could think of.

while i havent tried this build out, i think you can replace the ats-runes (except marks) with armor and armor-penetration. they wouldnt make such a big difference once you aquire wits end
