You have problems with BIOS settings then. It is power saving mode but it should go into full mode after atleast 3 seconds of Prime95. My processor is 1.6GHz saving mode, goes 4.6GHz after two seconds of Prime95.
Anyway I'm pretty unconvinced that 5 years old never cleaned computer has an overclocked processor running at 48°C after 10 mins of Prime95. So yeah, pics or it didn't happen :D

Whats the point of lying about your computer temperatures over internet?

I can send you a pic of my CPU temps in power-saving with P95 running if that makes you happy.

Lol, what?
The power-saving problem disappeared when I rebooted. I didn't even make any changes in BIOS, and I found that the power-saving function was off already.
Btw, I never reboot unless I have to. I abuse the hibernation mode as much as I can :3

Run it for 10 min, print screen and choose something else like CoreTemp or Everest and then post.
Don't hate, it's too big a burden to bear.

I know OCCT, I still prefer Everest.
I seriously hope the second part is sarcasm(about very good temperatures). You have 50°C after 3 mins of Prime95, bennchmarked by 2 workers. Go for 4 workers, 10 minutes, then post the screen.
PS: The picture remains same to your newest post.

It runs at 48°C during Prime95.
I usually run 3.6GHz because I dunno.. But I recently upped it to 3.8 to make my RAM run a bit faster too. For some reason my multiplier is 6(according to CPU-Z), when it should be 9. (making my effective clock 2.5GHz instead of 3.8GHz)
As far as I know; that's a power saving feature where it "clocks" down to 6*FSB instead of 9*FSB. But while stressing it with Prime95 shouldn't it go with 9*FSB?
