At the point you get The Brutalizer you already get 2 shotted by her, so no. Don't forget that she nearly passively gains armor from her W. You can't penetrate that. And if you somehow deal more damage, try to avoid Ninja Tabi and maybe even a Chain Vest

I don't think there's any real way to beat a poppy like that. Just focus on farming and only going aggressive when your jungler is gonna gank.
