More pics and such, make it more readable. other then that its pretty good. Altho i prefer morellos tome over the hourglass

I like the build and the runes. I play Brand a lot, and he's definitely my favorite champ. I caught something that I screwed up on my own build, though, and I thought I'd mention it to you, too: Putting a point into Summoner's Wrath rather than Mental Force if you use Ignite. +5 AP isn't much for when it's down, but it's definitely more than +1 the rest of the time.

As for the guide itself, I'd suggest adding more color/pictures. Not necessary, but it helps give your guide the appeal it needs to be seen. Check out jhoihoi's guide to making guides (scroll over "Builds and Guides" and click the "Getting Started Guide" link).
