i have some very important corrections to make, and i think this build will go back up to #1.
First off, start out with dorans ring and THEN get boots and another 2 rings
Forgoe the null magic mantle and RoA entirely and instead, grab cool down reduction boots to put your stun on a ~4 second cooldown.
In place of the rod of ages, get ryalias crystal scepter for more slow and oppertunity to catch up.
Trade summoner spells for ghost and exhaust to prevent enemy escape and land that shield detonate.
MOST IMPORTANTLY!! the new chalice item that was just added in the last patch is AMAZING for sion. Grab this before ryalias, and if u would rather skip the dorans rings, go for it earlier to get that lane sustain, and more CDR, AP, and MR.
Those were the only improvements i could see in this build, and overall i think u did a great job outlining AP sion.

Works great for me. Really should focus on farm until you get full boots, then gank bot and top and you can pretty much keep all three lanes pushed.

This build guide is very great, but you should buy RoA BEFORE rabadons or skip RoA, otherwise its ineffective!!!!
