This build got me 2 wins in a row with vlad, and made me able to solo top against a xin zhao which is extremely hard.

Nope, this is my very first attempt at a guide.

Great guide for a first-time guide!

Thanks! :)

+1 from me. Your guide is small, but chuck full of information. I like that you take Ionian Boots of Lucidity.. good move there. I personally do that, I just am too lazy to make a guide about it :P Your explanations are really good, you show a vast knowledge of Vladimir, and it is clearly demonstrated throughout your guide.

Overall, a pretty strong Vladimir Build with a few exceptions:

(1) Vladimir can be played in multiple lanes as you said both top, and mid. The thing about this is that the playstyle is completely different when you are top lane vs mid lane. My runes are completely different when I play Vladimir top lane instead of mid lane.

(2) The WotA rush isn't very necessary because you probably will still be in laning phase while you purchase item. That being said the WotA aura will be practically useless until the laning phase ends. I would hold off building this til you finish you second major item (Rylais or Rabadon's).

Hope I helped, and have a wonderful day!
