xin is **** unless you are stupid enough to feed him. tbh, ive seen alot of people play xin lately, and while that saddens me, it saddens me even MORE that he is successful alot of the time. Really? I can only recall seeing one person other than myself play him in about six months. And I only did that because the first time all my other junglers were banned/picked and the second time I was trolling my premade.
My friend always played Kennen with my Evelynn (when she had a stun). Then his Xin with my Kat. Then his Riven with my Skarner. It's been a while.

Ok, so you wanted an off tank jungler that ganks early and it took FOUR pages for somebody to remember Jarvan?
Jarvan fits the bill perfectly. He's the original off tank and an amazing early ganker.
Xin isn't bad either. He can go a lot of routes in the jungle (like a red buff start) and gank as soon as he hits level 2 with his Q and E.
Rest are cool, but Jarvan and Xin are strong at ganking early, whilst others have their other strengths.
