Server not available for some people

Well, my girlfriend and I were just kicked from the server while creating a new game and since then the server are unavailable the whole time, even the website euw.leagueoflegends.com is not available. This issue occured to some other people, too. Others said, their lol works fine and they can connect to the servers and the website.
Anyone else with the problem or any solutions available yet?
Already restarted my router, restarted my computer, deleted any leagueoflegends related cookies and tried to connect to north american servers...
