It's obviously an opinion. It is his opinion that the game is better, the only factual part is in relation to the subscription. He's just being a tool as per usual.

There are plenty of things that, even if somewhat subjective, can still be rated objectively. For example, taste is subjective. However, Bread > **** is a fact, not an opinion.
We can rate MMOs as well in terms of story/depth, questing, combat mechanics, visual art, music, character progression, class customisation, etc. Tera Online does only one thing better than GW2: the combat mechanics are closer to real time action-like battles. However, GW2's combat also benefits from the vast character customisation which can be changed-mid fight letting you use a more tactical approach. In every other aspect GW2 is simply objectively better than Tera.
