I would get MR boots instead of AS boots but for the rest it is fine. +1

Thanks for the feedback. I believe that if you play darius smart there is no need to go tanky. Every game i have played with him, i have used this build and went positive.

Darius is NOT a carry. He has no need for these items you are building on him and its a complete waste. He should be build tankier, not glass cannon
