I think no matter what the next new champ is I'm going to buy it cuz i got 6766 ip and no champ i really want

Pbe is basicly a test server which let all players plays on it to test stuff out and to look for bugs. ATM there isn't a new champ up.

I think you should wait and see what the new champion is going to be like. Then, see if you like the play style of the new champion. Only you know what you like to play. I wouldn't buy the new champion if you know you don't like playing support, ap carry, ad carry, etc.
