So you are able to copy it more easy, in my case the black part. With levels you first have to make it black and white with a saturation, after that you have to find the right level on the level adjustment layer. It is much more work to get a good result. Levels is used for adjusting Black, white and gray tints in colored pictures on different levels. Threshold is to automatically make a picture black and white, photoshop does this by making all the dark colours black and all the light colours white. Maybe you should learn what you are talking about because you probably don't now the difference.[/quote]

Also, with levels you only need to adjust one parametre if you want it to be just black and white. You need to do that with treshold as well.
