I have some suggestions how you can improve your guide:

For the first thing the length of the guide is way too short, you need a lot more chapters. When you play draven you play him in a way you play him explain that in your guide so we get an understanding how you play draven and why this guide is good.

also check for spelling and grammar errors.
Will come back later for a possible vote but you have to change your build. (it will not be done today but work on it)

Why take Ghost? You will have problem's with catching Spinning Axe's and Blood Rush will be useless for Draven. I would prefer Flash, but it's your guide just saying =).
