I would just like to say that revive is the most op summoner spell in high elo and mus always be a consideration

I not really comment on the rest of the guide but just as some constructive criticism you should really take a 2nd look at your runes and masteries.

The gold/10 is just a terrible choice for short dominion games. You are using all you seal slots for what turns out to be 13.5 gold/min. Even if the games lasts 25min this doesn't give you enough gold to buy anything of use.

If you don't use gold seals, you can get double the armor from your current armor marks, and use MR/level glyhps which are much more effective since Lulu starts with 30 MR but doesn't gain any with level.
For Marks you can use lots of things, but AS seems to be the most fun/effective thanks to your passive.

There is something wrong with your mastery tree. something must have bugged out because that build is impossible
