Thanks for your ideas and I changed my runes to Armor and Magic penetration in game. I havent been able to change it in my guide but i will.And when im able , im going to add some situational items. I will add what you said. Thanks Arnelius :)

In my opinion the build lacks too much cooldown reduction.
Also it might be nice to add, versus full AD or near full AD team frozen hearth is very nice to get.
Also for veigar it can be really nice to get armor seals, less nuke yes, but much more survivability vs a jax etc.

Just some thoughts, do with them as you wish.
